[Day 3] Continuing North to the Americamp RV Resort

We traveled from north Florida all the way into southern North Carolina. The KOA we land in isn’t much to look at, but it suits me well as I’m just tired of driving. Plus, I have a theory on my fridge and why it stopped working.
Taking off from the Tampa area (where we live), we headed east on I-4 toward Orlando. The plan was to take I-4 over to I-95, then head north. My initial plan was to get somewhere into Georgia then stop for the night.
This summer trip has us leaving Florida and heading up into New York City, upstate New York, Canada, Maine.. then returning to Florida. Total trip is 5 weeks. Day 0 was “prep day”.
I was sitting in a campground and decided to do a little inventory of what I carried in the exterior compartments of my RV and list them out in a blog post. It is what nerds do when camping.
When I left on this 5-week RV trip, I had every intention of blogging here at RVFT every day.
